No joke. Here at CT-Assist we are small potatoes. We are minuscule compared to our competition and we are completely OK with that. We don't have all the bells and whistles, the large development team, support staff, and we most certainly don't have the million dollar budget. But what we do have, is a good product.
We use CT-ASSIST too. Before CT-ASSIST we used the big expensive stuff like LogMeIn, TeamViewer and others. This was a driving factor for us developing a product that could do what we needed without the crazy cost.
